Hello,
for our new apartment we are expanding our old kitchen with Faktum cabinets, including a 90x90 corner base cabinet. Here is a rough sketch of the kitchen (the order of sink/dishwasher can still change due to connections, and there are 30cm/50cm cabinets that I couldn't represent in the kitchen planner):
At the top are the dishwasher and the sink, on the right side are the oven and the stove. The corner base cabinet goes in between. Now we are wondering, is it more practical to have the doors hinged on the right side in the row with the stove or on the left side by the sink? I would be interested in your experiences here.
And the next question, the doors for both hinges can still be purchased afterwards. For example, for the left hinge 40160176, for the right hinge 163695. Both say: "The door can optionally be mounted with the opening to the right or left."
In the end, does it not matter which doors I buy, can they be mounted on both sides?
Kind regards,
Carsten
