The time has come. Despite the help from many here, I am fed up with Faktum.
I was at Ikea and had the employees there "tear out" the drawer for me once :D as well as have the large "front panel" removed :D
It was quite simple there, they probably always use the same cabinet and the same drawers.
Got to work at home. Didn’t break anything in the process :D
Then twisted the rods. The gap at the top became smaller but then one appeared at the drawer bottom, you can’t have everything :D
All for nothing. It’s just like that, the front is crooked in itself, or put differently "elegantly curved in on itself" :rolleyes:
Do I now have to dismantle the cabinet and take the individual parts to IKEA, is the drawer with front sufficient, or just the front with photos for a new front panel?
If you have experience, please get in touch.
Based on past experiences, I will not call an 01805 number or other hotlines due to the price. You can save the money for call centers and another inquiry to the "friendly service" doesn’t help me either.
