And probably no roller shutters, which are almost unknown in SH, nor a controlled residential ventilation system, which only a few people here take. Who will be your construction company? And I also have Team in my closer selection, but the surcharge policy and the very long construction time bother me a bit. With ECO Haus I have the problem that I get extras(Controlled residential ventilation and roller shutters) that I do not want, but if I remove these extras the offer price no longer applies. Otherwise, the offer is great. 170,000 euros with underfloor heating, windows with mushroom head locking, additional shower on the ground floor and of course the Controlled residential ventilation and roller shutters.
