After all, Team is honest that they simply can't do it faster. As far as I know, no one offers it cheaper in the specified version. The quality of a few trades sometimes naturally suffers a bit. The staircase in the show home was simply unacceptable. However, the shell construction is not really worse than that of the others. Of course, you can occasionally have a bad day with the craftsmen. But the material is always almost the same.
pde is special; I don't know anything positive about it either. eco was also in the running for us but ultimately lost because of the time. You invest everything in the house and then just want to know that it will be finished. That's why we eventually built with kage. But with [150.000] you don't get far with them. They build with very high specifications and therefore aren't exactly a bargain in terms of price.
In the end, without major personal contributions, only Team remains within the budget. Everything else gets super tight.
