Hello,
so the development plan allows for a semi-detached house. In the application, I ticked the following: single-family house, single-family house with an additional apartment, and semi-detached house.
What I don’t understand is why they are making such a fuss about it.. If you can build a semi-detached house according to the development plan, why the fuss? Should I build a semi-detached house and sell half or how is that supposed to work?
I’m really stuck, don’t know what to do. I have to make a life decision by Friday..
...because one half is only half a house and not a whole semi-detached house.
A semi-detached house is probably not possible, but the connection to the neighboring plot with another house, so that a semi-detached house is built on two plots. You one half, on the neighboring land one half = 1 semi-detached house.
But can they still interfere after I have bought the plot? A single-family house would be too expensive, so I want to build a semi-detached house, which is also permitted. How is it supposed to work otherwise?
Yes, for sure: everything is regulated in the fine print
Would building a prefab house (single-family house) be possible within that scope?
Prefab houses in the single-family house sector are usually about 10% more expensive.
You only save on the land with a semi-detached house, hardly on the house itself.
Think about what is meant by the support from your mom.
Fundamentally, you earn enough money for yourself. You should be able to do without support.
Regarding the floor space index/floor area ratio etc., you unfortunately haven’t answered the questions yet.... I can imagine they will give the okay.
