For whom does self-construction make sense?

Of course not. My friends are not in Goslar, I come from NRW. Therefore, I want to know from you what this informal network could look like there.

Let’s imagine it quite down-to-earth and not as lofty as such things are often treated:
You drive by car or train to Goslar. Let’s say, to the main station there. People walk past you in the pedestrian zone. You talk to them. Across the demographics. I have already said that I did that and it always led back to the internet because no one had any clue about anything when it comes to real estate. People don’t even know their neighbors.
So, what should that look like concretely? Go into a kiosk and buy a local newspaper? "It’s on the internet."
That annoys me so much about such statements because they pretend that there is an underground economy going on that you can’t get into. Two useless assumptions in one sentence.
If I take your method seriously, and I will do that now until it hurts, it means: look for work in Goslar, ask all coworkers, if no one is found, quit again and work somewhere else. The same with clubs. And stay in a hotel for months in between.
I call that inefficient, and from experience even ineffective.
So please, if such statements are made, then formulate them reproducibly. Thank you.

Now quite simply: If you don't know anyone there, you have no word of mouth there. Period. Remains brokers and the internet.

And since a purchase from a private individual also involves a lot with sympathy and factors such as a sale only to families with children, you should systematically focus your search on offers from brokers.

Calling brokers specifically in Goslar would be something for you?

I got my house from the local newspaper in the classified ads section. The ad was only there. No eBay, no other platform. That was too much effort for the pensioner. You had to write a letter to a code number... Then several personal meetings.

Exactly: anyone who wants to sell a house wants to know now what they can get for it from whom - and not wait until a grandchild visits and shows grandpa how to put a house on the internet.
