With over 400m2 of living space, you can't go wrong. Buy directly, it is within the price limit.

Well, you also have to be able to live in such a size. Tons of unused living space is kind of silly anyway. Don't get me wrong, you can do it. But is it nice?

Conclusion: whoever has found a house has done many things right. The OP is probably still searching D

Yesterday, I got into a conversation with someone who recently moved here. He said the house search went quickly once he knew what he wanted. The region was fixed for him as Bavaria. House parameters on Immoscout found 23 properties. Half were eliminated after he looked at the pictures and Google Maps. In the next step, he looked at the district ratings in the ZDF study and selected 5 properties. Then he made an appointment for the favorite one and bought it. He said if you know what you want, it goes fast.

The problem is the sleeping objects (potential seller does not show up on the market). Then you have to read my tips (see forum search - but there is no feedback from the OP on that).
