Yesterday, I got into a conversation with someone who recently moved here. He said the house search went quickly once he knew what he wanted. The region was fixed for him as Bavaria. House parameters on Immoscout found 23 properties. Half were eliminated after he looked at the pictures and Google Maps. In the next step, he looked at the district ratings in the ZDF study and selected 5 properties. Then he made an appointment for the favorite one and bought it.
