Your statements are full of contradictions – and full of illogicality!

I honestly wonder whether this is meant seriously or if it’s really just a troll. No offense, if that’s not the case. But your behavior is very..., let’s say peculiar....

It’s possible

Tarnari: if it seems strange to you that I take the matter seriously and do not tolerate distracting comments so that I can gain something from the post, then I am gladly strange for you. Because the danger of doing absolutely nothing is not small at all, I am aware of that. Continuing to live in a small apartment. Postponing dreams.

Offtopic: I find it sad how some plunge into debt only to be unhappy with the result later when their emotions change. Do you find it funny that people go into debt and ruin their lives because of a wrong emotional decision?

Yes. The danger of doing absolutely nothing is not small at all, I am aware of that. Continuing to live in a small apartment. Postponing dreams.

Calm down.

Where is there a danger?

Life or buying a house is not a result.

People get married. Are you mixing something up here?

You can totally tell that you're still at the very beginning of your house search. You believe, like with a TV, that you can calmly and rationally choose the best offer. Everything is still very naive and sugar-coated. The reality looks different.

You have to commit to a good house within a day, otherwise someone else will buy it. And even if you like a house, that doesn’t mean you will get the contract. Your dream house can slip through your fingers multiple times in a row. That’s the reality.

There is no house without making compromises. Or you build exactly how you want it, which would answer your question about a new build.
