I had understood the flexibility differently. In terms of infrastructure, Kaarst would offer everything. We are not really sad to have moved from there to Bergisches...

You have received many great tips. One thing I can tell you for sure is that house sellers do not follow any principle that is structured, ordered, or anything like that. They just eventually come to the conclusion that they want to sell their house. And where you find that .. see sentence no. 1.

I have rarely heard so many contradictions lately. It reminds me a bit of the blonde kitchen purchase thread... Your approach is blind activism. Then have a system! Avoid eBay and focus on the essentials. Choose one area and abandon your requirements, which are pure contradictions. Decide! And not everything at once and nothing of it. Knowing yourself, knowing what you want, what does not contradict itself, is the first step. Oops, now I fed the troll
Edit: keep going like this here, and you’ll be banned here soon. Further tips are probably unnecessary, since buying a house is an emotional matter.

ypg. You don't talk to me in that tone. To the point: there are no contradictions in what I write. Anyone who buys a house emotionally always makes a wrong decision, which they later emotionally sugarcoat. The more rational, the better.

I want to follow a system, what the house seller does is their business.
