How expensive will this house be?

The problem is, once you draw this floor plan with reasonable wall thicknesses, you will find that it hardly works. For example, the bedroom concerning bed width and length as well as the passage to the walk-in closet.

In other rooms, there are few wall surfaces, for example the utility room, leaving hardly any space for storage. Kitchen, presumably you don’t like cooking much since there are three doors leading into it. Living room, if you position a reasonably comfortable couch with a small TV corner and a nice dining table, you block all walking paths.

Sleeping and bathroom.. if someone is sick, they always have to go through the public area to get to the bathroom... not acceptable.

Visitors are there and everything branches off from the living room to the toilet... wonderful, when the flushing sounds.

A dining table in the living room is not planned, I rarely have guests

is suboptimal, I admit. Alternatively, two doors could lead to the bathroom (one from the vestibule and one from the bedroom) but two doors also have disadvantages
I forgot, the 3-meter south facade consists of glass including a double patio door. Additionally, the doors to the kitchen and vestibule can be fitted with glass elements. The admittedly very unconventional basic idea is to use the living space for watching movies and music (just chilling) and for that, glass and light are rather counterproductive, but otherwise such a room probably offers the possibility of better sound insulation to the outside?

Film, television, and music ... I’m just getting a little hot flashes because I didn’t know I was doing unconventional things in my house – and in my living room at that :)

Honest opinion? I think you’re still very young, have never given a thought to how a house works or how to live conventionally, and are currently having trouble with roommates because of the noise from your room. Or someone is in a joking mood ;)

I'm mostly in the mood for joking, but not in this case ;-)
Unfortunately, conventions leave a sour taste with me, that's why I do think a lot about how not to live conventionally and try to bridge the gap between what is possible and feasible.
But when it comes to house building, I admittedly am a complete amateur and really don't know how a house "works", that's why I approached this forum hopefully and with a serious background.
So if anyone here can contribute something useful, I'm all ears.
PS: yes I am very young, from a certain point of view, my ID says 1971, if that means anything ;-)
Best regards, Robin

Then I was probably completely wrong. Sorry. So a certain maturity in life is indeed present :)

Still, I was somewhat puzzled when someone builds a house and sets certain requirements for the house, focusing primarily on absolute insulation of a room to ... chill...

The only useful advice I can give you is to fundamentally deal with house construction, for example in this forum or with technical books, to get informed first and acquire a small level of knowledge and then later secure a plot of land and financing (a plot where you can roughly realize your dream home). Because only then does the design planning come ;)

Good luck, Yvonne
