I would rather calculate 2000€/m² for such a floor plan than 1600€/m². It seems too complicated to me. As a reference, that should be enough for you, because if there is no plot of land and therefore no idea what can and may be built, any discussion is pointless.

The only useful thing I can advise you is to fundamentally deal with house building, for example in this forum or with technical books, to first inform yourself and acquire a small level of knowledge, and then at some point later secure a plot of land and the financing (a plot on which you can approximately realize your dream home). Because only then comes the design planning ;)

I had already counted on 400 sqm, the plot price is about 90/sqm, floor area ratio 0.35, plot ratio 0.5
My dream house would be worth my life, but that is probably not enough ;-)

You won't get houses for 1000 €/sqm. Just a bit of googling is enough to find corresponding values. And, you do have requirements, KFW 55 for example. Your floor plan requires a plot that is at least 18 m wide, with the garage on the property boundary and a maximum distance of 3 m to the other side.

Why should the whole thing be cheaper than a conventional house? Where do you want to save compared to a normal bungalow or a 1.5-story house?

With you, - YES - the sloping ceilings and the difficult statics I evaluated also come into play. I am always a bit cautious about that. It might be possible with timber frame construction, but I didn't say that because I find this design not well thought out at all. Bungalows are generally more expensive than two-story houses...

Nevertheless: try drawing your idea with real walls, no paper-thin walls...

If you were closer to your planning now, for example if you already had a plot of land (bungalow lots are indeed rare since family housing is subsidized), everyone would say anyway: please get an architect who will sensibly implement your needs :)
