Hello I would like to know from which individual parts a Faktum kitchen cabinet (base, wall, or tall cabinet) consists. Even if I place a single cabinet, e.g. Fa527, in an empty kitchen in the online planner and then look at the item list, I do see the handles, feet, plinth, and door dampers added, but the FA527 is still listed as a whole unit. I did find a cumbersome method after all: Select the FA527 on the Ikea website, then under product information under packaging & weight click on "more info," then you get a list of which and how many boxes you have to transport. Each box also has an order number, and if you enter this on the website again, you get the individual part (e.g. door) of the FA527. Is there any easier way to get the individual parts of a cabinet? You can also click on "local price" at "to query," then you will see all individual parts, including article number and storage location at your IKEA store.

I don't know of any other option right now. I built myself an Access database and entered the data for all selected articles accordingly. I could then write the items with quantity onto an "order form," and I was able to get a list showing the correct (summed up) quantity of each individual article with unit price, storage location, and all necessary data.

It’s tedious work until all master data is entered, but then it goes pretty quickly...

(I come from the software field, so something like this is naturally quite easy for me... )

Best regards

Basically, you are right, it is cumbersome. But: If I put a cabinet in my planner, I can already see in advance what I need: 1 x cabinet, 1 package of feet, 1 package of handles, 1 package of hinges, But if that is too cumbersome for me, I go to IKEA and have a shopping list printed out from my planning. There I have everything listed that I need.

Great, thanks!!!
Although the Austrian IKEA site does not have a "Local Price", you have to select "Check product availability". This list then contains, in addition to the order numbers, also the description, which is already an improvement compared to my method. However: I chose a base cabinet with 3 drawers as an example, entered all order numbers on the IKEA site and then also got the respective individual product displayed except for the 2 large drawer fronts. There I always received the message that the order number was not found. I then tried the same for various fronts (Stat, Nexus, etc.) and also on IKEA Germany, but the 2 drawer fronts do not seem to be available on any website. Only on the English IKEA website did I find them. Does anyone know the reason for this???

Now to my actual question:
The reason I wanted to see the individual parts is because I wanted to know what exactly is included in the delivery of the FA171, which is the base cabinet for the large domsjö sink. The website now lists for me:
Carcass, 2 hinges, and 2 doors.
My questions regarding this:
- Can I also mount the door dampers on the doors?
- What "interior" do I need for this base cabinet to have several bins for waste separation???
Best regards

That was also the case in Germany until recently. Maybe the design update will come to you as well...

This is because the top 13cm drawer is also available separately. For example, it can be combined with a 57cm door.
Unfortunately, the two lower drawers are not sold separately (for whatever reason); for that you have to take the "Drawer fronts 3 pcs." That is 2 packages, one with the 13cm front, and one with the other two fronts.

Best regards

That's not entirely true, I believe. There are also tall cabinets where only these 2 drawers are installed without the upper narrow drawer. Ikea assigns a separate article number for this product, e.g. 90136023 for Nexus Front. However, this article number cannot be found on the website. Ikea lists 90136023 under "local price" for example with FA112 (base cabinet, 3 drawers) and also with FA753 (tall cabinet, 2 drawers). On an English Ikea page, I then found the product itself, i.e. only the two lower drawer fronts as one article. Best regards Section chief
