How can one optimally utilize a floor plan with a northeast orientation?

So maybe the other way around, because we would plan the house after the plot?

Why should that be wrong? A well-planned house always adapts to the plot. This applies even more when the special features of the plot are more specific. This could be a slope or, as here, a special orientation. A standard house only fits on a standard plot without restrictions.

You are not allowed to link the plan, but you can name it: for example in the form "Posemuckel No. 123 Old Sports Field". What is the construction method "b1"?

After you question the purchase decision, here is the question: which property is it? Showing details is also quite helpful so that one can consider the orientation. Why did it not proceed here back then?

Maybe because the plot of land was not made known?

Hmm, good question why it didn’t progress, I think I just needed a few posts to realize that north/east orientation isn’t that bad, and then I calmed down a bit :D

It is about the development plan "Am Jahnplatz" in the local district Lachen-Speyerdorf. Our property is south of the green areas 7025 and 7026. b1 meant building length max. 15m.

I have modeled the whole thing in Sketchup for the dimensions: The property is about 16m wide and 29m long. According to the development plan, the front of the house must border the street with at least 3m and at most 5m. In the picture you can see in dark blue the placement of a 10m x 10m square.

I wouldn’t press a house onto it that only allows 3 meters on the left and right. A somewhat longer and narrower house, then a carport or garage in 4 meters (or so) and some side space for windows and a narrow side terrace. The front door, for example, can also be made of glass or have a large window next to it that lets south sun into the house.
