That's the trick about it. We had him file the lawsuit. His dispute value is €1,600! So, only the local court and no lawyer obligation.

Yes, but if you lose that and then have to sue him again because of poor performance, aren’t you then faced with a high amount in dispute again? Does that happen in one procedure or will it be two? If it stays one, you’ve saved money unless you lose both.
