House Construction Project 2017 - Wesermarsch/Lower Saxony

But you are absolutely right, we will not make significantly larger compromises (apart from the ones mentioned). Otherwise, we’ll regret it later. Then we will simply buy the land first and build in 2 years.

Thank you very much for the feedback on the cost point painting work. It’s interesting how much it varies. I will now only estimate 3.5 thousand euros until the final calculation.

Hello, we are also currently in the construction planning stage in Niedersachsen (Landkreis Cux.). Your special requests (lots of open space + large window area on the back) are similar to ours. So far, we have visited 4 construction companies. The price per square meter was about €1400 once, €1500 once (offer available in writing), €1800-2000 once, and one did not want to name a price upfront. All turnkey, for a gable roof house, and all from companies with a good reputation. However, our house will be slightly larger (approximately 195 sqm). Therefore, I find your first offer relatively expensive.

As for the rest: Then we are very well off with €1,850, which I have in my current calculation, and we can still afford an upgrade in some areas. I will make a comparative calculation with €1,700 =)

We will only obtain actual offers after reserving the plot. Then we will also know if the house actually fits on it.
