How big is the parents' house? 10.5 m deep * 12 m wide?

No, actually not quite. According to the exposé back then, the house is only 112 sqm. We still don't understand how they arrived at that number, but it didn't bother my parents because they had already rented there for 10 years before.

The lower floor is 10 m wide and 7 m deep. In addition, there is the terrace measuring 8 x 4.5 m.

What kind of tree is that? I think it must stay. It looks like old Au to me and therefore protected? That's what I think.

Then just scan the exposé - who knows what can be read from it. Should really none of the neighbors know from whom they bought the house, they can't all be second owners? Same house no: as can be seen from the plan drawing, it may extend up to the blue line, which the existing houses do not; within the limits of the site coverage ratio and floor space ratio, of course, but all that is stated there.

This is a chestnut - according to the parks department it may be removed because it stands right in the middle of the building plot. They will probably just have to plant a replacement.
