No, they do not apply again. But I still count the development contributions and, if applicable, surveying costs among the incidental purchase costs.

Ok surveying is not applicable to us (handled by the family) Development fees are something different from development costs, I assume? The development costs would then be included in the incidental construction costs. How high are the development fees?

You pay development contributions to the municipality for the development up to the property boundary (depending on the situation, whether and in what amount will be told to you by the municipality). The development costs in the ancillary construction costs are then your expenses for the development from the property boundary to the house.

These are more like ancillary construction costs.

Notary and land registry costs occur again if changes to the land register are necessary, for example, when registering a land charge. The costs depend on the transaction value; there are plenty of calculators available online for this.

It is a new development area. Development costs are already included in the purchase price.
