I meant possibly required surveying costs of the plot of land in a new development area, not the surveying of the building itself. The same applies to municipal development. Both have nothing to do with the construction.

Oh, with us the partial development only started after a year, and the rest will follow in a few years. Unfortunately, it’s not always included.

Do you want to have a soil survey conducted?

I also consider these costs as incidental purchase costs. Also, for example, a soil survey, which is usually done to decide on the purchase.

I would put it as a buffer in the ancillary construction costs. Then leave out the kitchen and furniture, as these normally do not run through the loan. Save the equity capital for that.

When building a house, there is no purchase contract unless you buy a house
