Why didn't you first finance the land + development with a variable interest rate? Then you could finance the planning phase from your equity until the building application is submitted. And shortly before approval follows the house loan.Exactly, 2100 euros per month for the three financing components. The two KFW loans are fixed for 10 years and the Sparkasse loan for 15 years. Total volume just under 560k. The amount is for the land, house, and incidental construction costs. I was given written assurance that the construction road should be finished this year. Unfortunately, the building application may only be submitted once the construction road is finished and the land is thus "accessible".
