The development area is still not serviced yet.... the pipes and cables have been laid and "soon" the construction road is supposed to be set up. Only then can the building application be submitted, but according to the architect this should go quite quickly (approval procedure NRW). And unfortunately we can only do the selection of fittings after that. However, the house is already getting about 1,500 euros more expensive every month just because the area is not yet serviced. But I have stopped getting upset about it ;) During the selection of fittings, you will definitely find things that will drive the price up further. I'm just glad that we still got the KFW components.
Somehow this seems familiar to me. We were originally told that we could start building from June. The notary appointment was then in mid-September, and the survey was somehow ready by the end of October so that a building application could be made from it...
