The statement "since the earthworks are going to be done anyway" is a bit simplified. By the way, I don’t see any contour lines in the plan excerpt (?), so I can’t follow the property-related statement. Even more clearly, I see that the development plan has a different opinion about the ridge direction – about the building envelopes, by the way, as well. Otherwise, a nice house plan, a bit from the 80s.
We had also already noticed the issue with the ridge direction. But we wanted to clarify the finances first before proceeding.
This is the only plan I could find on our municipal website.
Information according to BayernAtlas (if it can be used!?): 2m height difference from the street to the back of the property... measured at 4 points
Then we’ll talk more later – best then in the floor plan section, because if hadn’t called me, at least I wouldn’t have wandered into a financing thread, and probably several other floor plan discussants wouldn’t have either.
As already mentioned, I wanted to first outline the finances. One thing then led to another here.

- obtain several offers and check whether the construction costs fit
- 1,200 euro installment feasible with planned construction costs
- clarify whether the property is still available
- hurry because of Baukindergeld (child benefit for building)
