just adjust everything to slight slopes. The property is almost flat
I have never seen the height differences that are on the plan and that my husband and the excavation contractors talked about, and I would have preferred to make all those decisions and take care of it only once I am in the house. But the excavation contractor and my husband talked endlessly about needing L-stones and this and that. I am glad that we are now leaving out the L-stones and am completely in agreement with you and also with those forum members who said from the beginning that our property is almost flat. No idea why the "others" ;-) see manageable height differences everywhere. Maybe it's because, unlike me, they understand the plans. ;-) I like a slightly "wavy" property. :)
That might be because your property is not even wavy compared to many here. I would say, your husband wants perfectly flat, the construction company earns from L-bricks and filling up.
But the civil engineer and my husband talked forever about needing L-shaped stones and this and that.
Yeah yeah, men and their fondness bordering on fetish for "technical solutions". If he's worried that his high-class competition Lausitzring shock absorbers might stand crooked on a carport floor that isn’t submerged in water, he can just park his car forwards on even weeks and backwards on odd weeks *LOL*
