That sounds great!

Just a tip: take a good look to see if it's really only the laminate that you don't like visually.. Sometimes it turns out to be the bathroom tiles or the kitchen unit that actually don't suit your taste.. and then you have more things that bother you than perhaps you initially liked.

That's exactly what's happening with my girlfriend right now! They bought a townhouse with the feeling of "everything is great" and nothing needs to be done.. And now, one year later, the euphoria has faded and the bathroom is being renovated, the previous owner's €14k fitted kitchen was sold for €1k and is also being renewed. And since they're at it, the beech doors are being replaced with white wooden doors.

Super thanks for the tip. The bathroom is great. We wouldn't have done anything differently. We are taking over the kitchen for an extra amount (5k€). This is not 100% to our taste but that's a compromise we are willing to accept. But there are never any certainties that you won't dislike something in the future. Even if you build yourself. Sampling is one thing. When it's installed, it's something else, I think.

I am surprised so far that no one has confirmed my original doubt that the price is somewhat too high. I am very pleased about that. But I am still surprised by this unanimity.

Buy immediately for the price, if someone else hasn't already. The interior photos in the listing are also quite promising. At that price and from what you can see at first glance, this is anything but standard, so you can overlook that.

I am frugal. And still clearly consider the price as 1 buy signal.

I don't know the prices in your area, but is simply right: supply and demand, that's all. And if suitable properties are scarce, then... If such a house were for sale in or around Bamberg, I would jump at it immediately. Go for it!
