So 570 sqm must be valued at least at 108,000 euros. That leaves 352,000 euros for a 150 sqm house with a double garage and landscaped garden. You can't get that in Germany anymore without a lot of personal effort.

I find the price too high. Not because of the property, but because of the location. I also once took the trouble to look for the house.

Great that you do such research. The low infrastructure in the location is reflected in the set price per square meter of the plot in this otherwise expensive region.

Our terraced house, which we lived in for 18 years after first occupancy and sold last year, doubled in price AND was a good purchase for the buyer. If everything really fits as described in the initial thread and the location was taken into account in this assessment, then you can certainly buy the house without worries. The probability is good that the house will continue to increase in value. That’s good news, isn’t it?

If the house were located elsewhere, it would be worth 700,000 euros or more. But it only costs a fraction of that, so you can't expect a supermarket, etc.

So with us, it would have been that if you had not already had telephone contact with the seller now with an immediate purchase intention, then you would have been too late!
