If the house fits from all aspects and you don't have to put any more money in, I would buy it! You save time! You save interest on standby loans, unforeseen costs, which are often reported here (e.g. for earthworks, surveying, etc.)

Everything fits so far. Great location, great plot, the huge garage or storage room. The house is really such that you can move in without investing any more money. Only for aesthetic reasons would we replace the laminate in the living area. But that is pure luxury and not a necessity.
