Help with the house floor plan, improvement suggestions?

The terrace is facing north. Now you really give me the idea to omit the pantry.

If I leave out the pantry, what am I supposed to do with the space? I don't need a bigger guest WC and leaving that space for the kitchen is somehow silly. Or what do you think? Do you really think it is too small? The Rheinhaus I have now isn't much bigger either, but I have an attic where I have a guest room and here I have to do it on the ground floor.

Terrace in the north? Then I would mirror the house diagonally and invert it so that the terrace side ends up in the west, the kitchen in the south, and the entrance by the carport. According to the building window, this seems possible, although the roof orientation might not cooperate if it is prescribed in the development plan. But that can be found out. At least then you have a nice west side, the kitchen facing the street, and the entrance where you want it: close to the carport. The rough layout of the house can stay the same ... I still don’t know where the pantry is :cool:

can you please say something about the dimensions of the house; that is length x width? I would also be interested in the house price including [KG]; I assume it is supposed to be a [Kfw 70] efficiency house?

The dimensions can be taken from the floor plans as well, 7.77 x 11.39. It is a Kfw 55 house with air-water heat pump, underfloor heating, and 9 KWp photovoltaics. Roof overhangs + clinker. Together with applications, permits, toilet, electricity ......... So really everything except painting work and floor coverings in living rooms 260,000€ and then you can see what you can do yourself.
