Help with the house floor plan, improvement suggestions?

I can't shake the impression that once again it's planned with dollhouse furniture. Can you at least write down the external dimensions of the house and the north-south orientation? 12m² for a bedroom is, in my opinion, not much. I think I'd rather build bigger and skip the basement, but without the measurements, that's hard to assess.

I had the same feeling. It looks more spacious than it actually is. If the house - as the name suggests - has 122 sqm, the kitchen-dining-living room area is maybe 32 - 35 sqm large.

Further dimensions are not available on the homepage... that's what the pictures are for.
The bedroom could be approximately: 3.50 x 4.00, 1 meter is halved under the slope according to living space calculation.
The house reminds me a bit of DW...

However, I still don't understand the benefit of the second door to the outside: If the front door is mirrored anyway, it is roughly about 5 meters from the carport. Set up a second "hallway" for that? Because that would then be the pantry.
Later, you'd better just nail a covered pergola in front of the entrance to the carport ;)
