Heat pumps require a lot of energy and make noise

I do not know the Bosch heat pump, but in my system the heating circuit pump runs even when the compressor is off during heating operation. The heat pump is usually controlled by the return temperature. How is the control supposed to work if the HCP is stopped.

Bosch Compress CS7400iAW 7 ORMB

Data from compressor and heating circuit pump of the last 24 hours.

Everything modulates happily. When the compressor is off, I usually have 10% pump power

The compressor actually runs continuously; when it shuts down (e.g., at night due to the reduction which cannot be avoided because it is simply too loud when running continuously), it definitely gets quieter. I opened the unit again and switched it from level 1 back to 3. (at the pump)

Since now, as you said, all valves should be open, it would be extremely loud at level 3. So I set it back to level 1. I have the feeling that the compressor would run continuously anyway. In the morning, it switches to hot water for 4 hours (which also seems very long to me), after that it first needs to defrost outside and by the time it heats, it barely manages to reach the desired temperature. So the unit actually runs all day and draws power accordingly...

What hot water temperature is set then? Do you have a separate hot water tank or some kind of combo storage thingy?

It is a separate storage, set to 48 degrees and reheats from 36. Currently, it does this once a day, but it takes a very long time to accomplish it. Maybe it always has to defrost the box on the outside in between.

The link above was unfortunately removed. It was only for clarification. A Wilo pump is installed. Model Para.
When the pump is off, the noise is completely gone.

4h for hot water to 48°C is not normal, unless you have -18°C outside temperature and only a 2kW heat pump. Does the circulation pump itself make the noises? So are they only transmitted sounds? What else is installed before the HKV as a possible noise source?
