Heat pumps require a lot of energy and make noise

Your heat pump doesn't know what is set on your [ERR] and it wouldn't care anyway. Those are just [AUF/ZU] valves, they can't do more than that. And the 30 degrees (or any temperature specification) is nonsense anyway.
Believe me, the noises come from throttling. The wind whistles through the keyhole, not through the open door.
I would open everything fully and even do a balancing. It's not rocket science.

I still wonder how many more have to write the same thing before the OP believes it. Maybe they don't want a solution at all, just comfort?

Here is still a picture of the HKV in the attachment.

I already did it as you said, but so far everything still whistles the same. When I fully open the flow rate, the noise increases.

There may also be throttling under the valve caps.
Your heating system has a minimum flow rate and a flow indicator for the [HKP]. At least it should.
Look for both.

Where can I find that and where exactly is it under the valve caps? (sorry for my ignorance)
