Then talk to your specialist company, telling them that you will supply the heat pump yourself and they should carry out the installation promptly.
It isn’t supposed to be your problem if they can’t deliver.

That they don’t want to because they have the supplier with the highest commission is clear. But it’s not as if there are no more heat pumps available on the market.

Uhh yes. I don’t know about heat pumps, but with industrial automation stuff (PLC, decentralized I/O), you’re often given January 2023 as the delivery date when you place an order... after 3 weeks, you then get an email saying the delivery has now been postponed to August 2023...

No matter who I ask, everyone has advised me to stick with my gas heating if I want to move in before autumn 2023.

We don't need to open the debate now, in my opinion Power2Gas is the future and not a completely oversized photovoltaic system so that the heat pump is halfway supplied in winter ;) I am an electrical engineer, I think I know what I'm talking about...
