Simply submit the application and state the desired move-in date. Depending on the provider, this can take several weeks... and you need construction power right from the start!

The soil survey is still in planning, but the one from the street is apparently fine and we could also use it for our property, but we prefer to play it safe – estimated about €1000 (internet research).
Excavation will be limited since we are building without a basement. The slab, I think, is about 80 cm deep.

Telekom is exactly €800 :)
We have to inquire about electricity but expect around €1000-1500.
Water is uncertain. You read and hear about all sorts of costs. We hope that we (with revision shaft) won't exceed €8000, as mentioned, street to house about 4-4.5 meters.

Telekom is already in progress
We want to request electricity these days.
Water is from the municipality but they have not yet been able to tell us the exact costs.
Construction electricity

According to our building description, construction electricity is included in the offer. But I have to clarify this again.

So electricity costs me 2900€ and construction electricity 500€. I also inquired about water once, but it wasn’t that expensive, I think. However, the inspection shaft is included in our offer.

Did they do a soil analysis? Then you can just ask right away which classification value according to LAGA you have and plan accordingly.

We are also building without a basement; the architect said most of the excavation can then be distributed on the property, but unfortunately, it doesn’t look like that at the moment!

Edit: Construction electricity yes, but you usually pay for the box yourself.

Sewerage and drainage of the roof were done by our home construction company or the civil engineering contractor. A control shaft was already there, the city issued an invoice of €2300 for it. The pipes from the house to there were a few hundred euros. Electricity is already there. The electrician or the home construction company submits 2 applications: construction electricity and house electricity for your house. The electrician installs the line from the transfer point into the house. The supplier installs the transfer point and the meters. You then have to sign the applications. Should be no problem. Water is already there. Just open the tap and inform the city. Construction water is charged as a flat rate (that was the case for us). Then you notify the move-in date. The installer from your construction company will lay a line from the property to the house. For us, it was €700 for 9m...

No, it doesn't really make sense. Because the providers do their own thing anyway. They have to open the street and therefore come with the excavator anyway. And as I already said, it is usually the case that several meters are included as a flat rate in the connection price, whether you need them or not, you pay anyway. In the end, you pay twice: on the one hand your civil engineer and on the other hand the provider. And if you're unlucky and the trench doesn't meet the provider's specifications, they'll dig it again according to their requirements.

So let your civil engineer come and start as soon as possible; that has priority for now.

Better find out what the requirements of the respective providers for the house entry are. For us, each provider wanted to have their own system.
