However, appointments are often hard to get. That can mean waiting times.





Water costs must be inquired from your water supplier. That is also a flat rate, like electricity and gas.
So you have to ask your basic supplier for the prices.



But only the consumption: that will be reimbursed to you, you pay the rent for the unit yourself.

The general contractor usually tells you that they need construction electricity and water. Then you register that with the utilities.

Ok, that would now also be an amount we have calculated. And we only have about 5 meters. (Connection from the city lies about 0.5 meters on our property)

You read all sorts of different costs there :)
