Has the property service ever been successful?

Even if you live closer, in most cases you will still have to drive or bike to the train station. Whether I drive 1 km or 5 km there doesn’t matter to me if I’m already in the car. A supermarket is always located where there is also a train station, and you might need the market 1-2 times a week anyway, or it’s often done on the weekend. Therefore, I would perhaps let go of such fixed parameters (because everyone has those!) and then other properties might become interesting, which in turn might have other advantages (size, location, view...). Apparently, there are such standard search parameters that almost everyone uses. Sometimes it makes sense to let go of one... because on closer inspection it’s not that bad. Our house was in the village with a great sunny plot. Distance to the train station approx. 12 km (more frequent stops there). Friends lived in this town. They needed 8 minutes to get to the train station and I needed 15 minutes (straight on the country road). They had a tiny plot at double the price. For me, this was always the better decision.

Fine and dandy. Everyone has their reasons, I have a 70-year-old mother whom I can't expect to drive for every small shopping trip. But that misses my actual question. As I wrote, I haven't found anything in all the threads that someone had success with a property service. Is there simply no one, or are only negative experiences shared in these forums?

Have you already checked the Herzo Base 3 residential area? The Stub is coming soon.... Hirschaid will also be getting a new development area soon, with the S-Bahn you will be directly in Fürth.

Sorry for the apparently unhelpful answer. -You didn’t mention the mother. -then the property would have to be absolutely within walking distance for elderly people to the supermarket to actually take that into account ....I’m already off

The city of Herzogenaurach operates a so-called local resident model, so sales are made via an applicant list. Admission can be applied for by those who live in Herzogenaurach, work in Herzogenaurach, or come from Herzogenaurach and have lived here.

We had looked at Langenzenn back then. Unfortunately, the new development area (Klaushofer Weg) is quite close to the B8. Here, the land prices were around 180k euros for approximately 450-500sqm.

170k euros is really not much here in the metropolitan region, especially if you need good train/bus connections.
