Hallway on ground and upper floor becomes dark,
kitchen becomes quite cramped to cook together with 2 or more people.
To get to the terrace, you always have to walk around the table.
The 45-degree walls really aren’t necessary, nor all the offsets in the walls. What stands out to me especially is the recess in the dining area – WHY? That only makes it feel cramped there. Straightening the wall would definitely make sense here. What is the purpose of the slanted wall to the walk-in closet? I also find the entrance to this closet wrongly placed. I would move the entrance to the closet further forward towards the bedroom door.

So, that’s it for now, what comes to mind at this late hour with tired eyes.

We have a window in the hallway. When the roller shutter is down there, it is quite dark in the hallway (there is also glass in the front door and glass in the living room and kitchen door). Therefore, I would never plan a hallway without a window, especially since you never see who is standing at the front door. I also don't see any space for a wardrobe; I find the entrance area very cramped and it doesn’t look nice either. You stand at the front door and see a "pile of clothes". There is not enough space in the hallway behind the front door; you push the shoes placed there to the side when you open the door. Do you really need the study on the ground floor? I would rather do without it and make the rest of the ground floor bigger. The kitchen and living room are already quite small.

Best regards
Sabine

I see it the same way. Around every corner, it seems a bit forced and cramped. In the expectation of creating space, exactly the opposite is achieved.

Quickly:
- Combine vestibule and hallway
- Remove door to garage (I always say that)
- Remove pantry and expand kitchen
- Enlarge guest WC
- Straighten doors in children's rooms
- Remove recess in dining room, you need the space, otherwise the table always stands in front of the terrace door

One more point: I would never place a bed under a window. Why? The room and the walls are usually warmer than the glass pane, so small drafts often occur around the glass pane that can be unpleasant – there is a draft, even though the window itself is airtight. Also, how is the window supposed to be cleaned?
