Sorry. The price can in no way be correct for this house size and the execution "white tank" according to DIN for a fully functional basement including earthworks!

Otherwise, please put me in touch with your basement builder; I will blindly buy some basements on credit

We have what feels like 20 construction contractors here for 15,000 inhabitants. I'll ask ours if he'll drive to the Rheinland for you. But I assume only for an entire house, not just the basement.
