Garage is higher than in the building application.

In our building application (Freistellung) there was only 8m length of the carport included, but over 30sqm. I still wonder today how we didn't notice that the entire boundary development was not utilized. The building authority told us that we would have to submit a new application (again a Freistellung). We would get an OK quickly now, it will be filed and archived. Order must be maintained.

Why, are you allowed more? In B, afaik 8m is exactly the maximum length of a boundary wall. Overall, it may be 16(?), but not in one piece. I thought that was already the maximum of the LBOs and that development plans would generally be below that...

So our architect is unfortunately not sure here and since we UNFORTUNATELY have to create and exchange new sets of plans for the authority anyway, he is now designing the garage higher right away.

He doesn't want to take any risks because the floor area is already >30m² with us and is therefore subject to approval. We do not have the max. 9m length in our case, the only critical point would be the maximum 25m² wall area on the boundary to the neighbor, but we are not exceeding that either with a height of 3m.

Oh, in B it is also 9m and a total of only 15m are allowed at the border. I somehow misallocated that one meter in my mind... Maybe I thought 8 and 16 made more sense because they represent a 1:2 ratio. Who comes up with 9 and 15?
