Thank you very much for the feedback.

Unfortunately, the sloping ceilings cannot be avoided due to the restrictions on the eaves height.
The shower in the bathroom on the ground floor is intended as an alternative if a bathroom upstairs is "occupied." Children, etc.

The house is initially planned for two people with potential for three, unlikely four.
One children's room is intended as an office/hobby room in the long term.

Emotionless response, emotionless house. I believe you are doing the right thing. Everyone is different, and I admire the sober approach that will surely save you nerves during the course of the house construction.

Where will the wardrobe go? On the wall section between the shower and the utility room? However, the hallway might get a bit tight then.

Otherwise, I find the house rather ordinary, which is not meant in a judgmental way. If it were mine, I would open up the kitchen and vary something with the window fronts (shape, size). I would keep the shower on the ground floor for 4 people, remove it if fewer.

On the other hand, we are intensively discussing soaring construction costs due to builders’ extra wishes. This is a good example of functional building – again, without judgment.

Ok for up to 4 people

Be sure to draw the desired furnishings to scale

Where should a wardrobe for up to 4 people go? Also things like school bags, Maxicosi, etc?

The utility room is quite small. Be sure to paint the door outward and put shelves in. Storage space is lacking here. Washer and dryer stacked on top of each other, laundry basket and drying rack somewhere in the middle

Kitchen to the terrace
Overall, I would make the ground floor more open

Remove the slanted walls in the upstairs

Is the path to the west public? If yes, then why not place the garage and the entrance at the northern boundary, with access from the NW and a south-facing orientation of the living rooms? If it is not a public path, I would still shift the house slightly to the north, place the entrance in the east, and have the living rooms with windows facing south, west, and north.
