Not only the initial architectural plans are available, but also the kitchen and bathroom planning in revised form.
Why are you now having outdated architectural plans discussed when everything is already settled with you, even that laundry is dried in living rooms, which is actually not good for the moisture of the house?
What was done in old houses does not have to apply to the new one.

I do not see that change requests are welcome now.

Please excuse that the architect, without our knowledge, only included a "placeholder" kitchen in the floor plan. But what does that have to do with outdated plans? Very little has been firmly decided so far. To me, it made a lot of sense at that moment to hang laundry in the office/dressing room... since we have done that in our office until now. Of course, I hadn't thought about the humidity in the new house. But thanks for that ;)

Ok, I will pay attention to that. Yes, the countertop should be level with the windowsill. ;)
