Hi,

it would be advantageous if you could fill out the remaining information from the template, but first let's come to your floor plan.

Regarding the hallway on the ground floor, I agree with kaho674. I don't really understand the point of it, it's a corridor that reduces the space of the living room and kitchen. The only reason why there is still a corridor at all could be that otherwise the kitchen's cabinet space would be smaller. But sacrifice so much space for that?

The staircase was also placed very inconveniently. The office into the dressing room on the upper floor are actually not really usable like this. In the end, you have less than 80 cm of space up to the wall, more than uncomfortable. Why are you so attached to the staircase?

Why you want the "famous" T, you’ll have to explain to me. I have always seen this constellation as a last resort for very small bathrooms. I am not aware of any advantage of the T.

Regards
Michael

I think it’s just one of those Hoppenstedts-have-it-too things – did we even have that already in the hype thread?

The smaller wall, where the doors on the left and right open, is supposed to be removed anyway. It was just drawn in, yes, because, well. We don’t want it anyway, just like the wall will be shortened up to the beginning of the kitchen unit. Then this mentioned hallway will also be largely gone.

I always considered the T in the bathroom to be an optimal solution because we thought it was coherent! But we are not resistant to advice and it has nothing to do with the Hoppenstedts ;)

What I do think, however, is that the walk-in closet in the bedroom is indeed too small and that’s exactly where we come to the problem... We believe that the planned living area is too small for our needs.

I left out the basement because it is a lower priority.

The street, that is the house entrance, is in the east.

What I forgot above: Do you have any idea for a better position for such a staircase?

Yeah, no problem, we just need to know, otherwise everyone will be looking for the heater and the washing machine. It doesn’t necessarily have to be right next to each other. :)
