Hello everyone,

in the meantime, quite a bit has happened with us. Among other things, the structural analysis caught up with us and we had to make some adjustments in the planning. Now we are in the process of arranging the windows and would need your support. The plan we will attach to you was "manually" adjusted based on the proposal from our architect. In the living room, we are thinking of a panoramic window. We want to equip the kitchen and dining area with lift-and-slide window doors to get to the terrace in the north and possibly have a view of the pool. We are looking forward to your feedback. The window planning is proving to be more difficult than expected.

Show the "original" for comparison and note the reasons for the adjustments - on the one hand for the pleasure of the fellow discussants, and on the other hand because otherwise the reversals would very likely be "accidentally" proposed exactly ;-)

What bothers me is the orientation on the upper floor, bedroom and master bathroom in the south (stay from 10 pm to 8 am), children's room in the north (stay 24 hours). Peepshow while showering in front of the corner window ;)

The corner window in the bathroom is there because there is also a corner window in the guest room/home office on the ground floor, through which we can look out to the street and the driveway. To make it visually coherent, we also planned a corner window with a higher sill in the bathroom. We wanted to have it frosted so that the peepshow doesn't happen :)

Look closely when sampling the frosted glass, hold a hand behind it at 5, 30, and 60 cm distance, so that not all dog owners include your show in the morning round. What I also noticed is, is the kitchen island in the walkway to the terrace door?

Thank you very much for the hint! Yes, we have deliberately chosen it this way. A normal balcony door would be in the way, so we want to open the sliding element to the left so that you can get to the terrace between the island and the kitchen back wall.
