To be honest, I can't imagine a good solution in the parent bathroom given the requirements. It's all cramped and cramped. Where laundry accumulates, there are also laundry baskets and detergents. All of that still has to be accommodated. That really reminds me of our rental apartment.

Thanks to the old building, we also have a very compact floor plan, but I would not voluntarily build something like this. In my opinion, the master bedroom doesn’t work with the access points. Where is the entrance door supposed to open? Two windows and no space for a shelf? I would actually make the children's rooms smaller and revise the entire upper floor layout. You have a lot of space, but everything is unnecessarily tight in terms of the pathways.

You can usually do nothing with sectional plans. What kind of narrow bed is that? At least 160 cm width should be possible. And in the bathroom, do you want to dance?
