Floor plan single-family house, solid construction without basement, looking for tips

Well, I actually find your floor plan quite good and I don't think the walk-in closet is a problem. I especially like that the living room is so big. Overall, the house is nicely spacious :)

Ok, the location is not marked. But how do you want to put a shelf by the fireplace? Wouldn't it be possible to push it against the children's wall and if necessary make the dressing room a bit smaller? 10m² is already more than enough. I only have 7m² and that is completely enough for 4 people. I don't want to dance there anyway :) And what I notice: living room furnished to scale? It could get tight around the table? The table already looks like a 1.6 - 2m table. We do have an L-shaped living room with 40m² but with a room length of 6.5m in the dining area a 1.6m table doesn't work at all, now there will be a 2.9m table!

Interesting approach, a bit "tubular". Since we built very similarly, a few things we considered sensible:

- Entrance to the living room as double doors with glass inserts; looks more spacious and brings light into the hallway
- Is the door between the vestibule and the hallway sensible?
- The position of the cooktop is trendy - but a little distance from the dining area to the pots and pans is not bad either :).
- The fireplace upstairs also gave us problems; the solution:
- A "parent area with its own hallway (bedroom + dressing room) or (bedroom + dressing room + bathroom).
- A window in the dressing room takes up space and requires cupboard doors (like at Advent: door open, door closed ;)).
- A special feature: There is heavy current power in the dressing room - when the kids move out, there's a sauna :p.
