Sewage pipes through the living room... For those who like it.
But the wall in the living room then ruins the desired spaciousness.
You don't have a straight staircase, do you? It's quarter-turn...

I would swap the dressing room and children's room 2 (of course, also align the wall with the staircase wall) – then make children's room 2 into the bedroom with a 4 m row of closets on the top wall of the plan.
You could then make the "gable room" a play/hobby room – you could even make use of the panoramic view there if needed.
By the way, I would position the shower in the bathroom on the top right of the plan and place the sink in an extended partition wall next to the toilet (basically where the shower is now). Paint the partition wall at the toilet – the room is not that big.

Note regarding the wastewater pipes in the living room, which are repeatedly mentioned as a negative point. If done properly, you absolutely hear nothing. However, there may be some tapping - we then had it built directly as a supply shaft, through which the water pipes also run upwards.

On the subject of floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom, a conversation with our neighbor comes to mind:
Neighbor: "Well – we have a floor-to-ceiling window in our bedroom. Recently, I realized with horror, when I got out of bed naked, that we still don’t have curtains on the window (position 187 on the priority list) and everyone can see me like that."
Me: "Then I’d try crawling if you want to move naked through your bedroom again."

I think the curtains have moved significantly higher than position 187 on the priority list.

Well, crawling only works to a limited extent with basement windows as well

Depends on what you want to show? A good (extended) back can be delightful. A nice stomach works too (OK - this is probably less about the stomach) .

Ever heard of gravity? Then think again about where you might see more: running or crawling. Both in men and women
