But the wall in the living room then ruins the desired spaciousness.
You don't have a straight staircase, do you? It's quarter-turn...
I would swap the dressing room and children's room 2 (of course, also align the wall with the staircase wall) – then make children's room 2 into the bedroom with a 4 m row of closets on the top wall of the plan.
You could then make the "gable room" a play/hobby room – you could even make use of the panoramic view there if needed.
By the way, I would position the shower in the bathroom on the top right of the plan and place the sink in an extended partition wall next to the toilet (basically where the shower is now). Paint the partition wall at the toilet – the room is not that big.
