hahaha. That's true "Viebrockhaus" does not exist. But reverse the word parts

and remove the h... Viebrockhaus I mean - that is a solid house provider who - if suitable for the situation - has some really nice floor plans. Two children's rooms, large living-dining-kitchen area are, I believe, included in almost all floor plans there.

From my memory, every provider offers a "generous living area on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor." That is the standard that everyone wants. The smaller houses have shortcomings, but with the larger ones it works; you can even swap the utility room with WC and wardrobe.
Regarding the bay window: either make it wider so that the dining table can be embedded there, or leave it out. The living area can also be shifted or reduced slightly so that the WC gets adequate access with a wardrobe closet.
Upstairs, instead of the void, a small room/storage is possible. The void itself only has disadvantages in this house (noise, cold from the entrance going upstairs); a void must have an effect: this requires space in the house.
How should one imagine this architect package? What is included in it?

We are currently planning a similar house and I really like your idea of placing the carport diagonally in front of the house!
