Floor plan semi-detached house - very small plot

I hope you will share your opinions with me about our floor plan for a semi-detached house on a very small plot.

Is there really only this small window in the children's rooms? Or are there also skylight windows? Otherwise, these are very dark rooms.

Do you really need such a large office? It is clearly larger than the children's rooms.

First, I would swap the wardrobe with the WC so that the WC gets a window. Secondly, I would remove the wall between the dining area and the stairs. If you are worried that it might get too loud with two children, I would rather separate the living room a bit more. If necessary, also consider changing the stairs at the base and putting another partition wall where you go down to the basement.
For the wardrobe, plan a built-in closet 80 cm deep that can be opened from the hallway side.

You don’t have many options with a semi-detached house if it is built by a developer.

The children's rooms still have skylights.
The office is actually half office and half guest room.
The dining room was deliberately separated.

We currently have an open kitchen/dining/living area and would prefer to have it separated again. What you can't see on the plan is that between the dining and living areas there should be a glass sliding door. One of the ideas was also that the kids with friends don't always run through the dining/living room.
