The supply lines will work. The storage room on the ground floor is unnecessary. Better to change the rooms upstairs accordingly -> 2 children's rooms, 1 small guest room, and storage. On the ground floor, a small built-in closet next to the wardrobe can hold the essentials. It's no use: if you are not happy with a situation, you have to look for alternatives and also try them out and sketch them. Maybe also include the basement in the planning...

Yes, I noticed that too from the drawings. The background was that I actually wanted to still have the basement stairs in the hallway and also equip it with just a door. Now we’re back to the open version, where the stairwell is completely in the living area and everything is open.

You’re right, complaining really doesn’t help much. Solutions are needed. I’m still holding on to my storage room on the ground floor for now. I’ve already given up the pantry in the kitchen and am therefore reluctant to give up my beloved storage closet.

It’s good that you think the supply lines should work...

If I am not making a mistake in my thinking, it would work if you move the stairs one meter to the right (planrechts) and place the stair starting point upwards to the right (planrechts), making the basement entrance on the left. Then you would arrive at the stairs in the attic (DG) at the top. Consequently, the ground floor (EG) would have a larger living room (WZ) but a smaller storage room. On the upper floor (OG), both children's rooms would be on the left (planlinks) with the wall directly next to the stairs, the bathroom would need to expand somewhat upwards (planoben), and in the upper right there would be a space for a storage room or work niche. The remaining area in front of the stairs up to the exterior wall would be open to use (work area or sleeper sofa). In the attic (DG), it would be best to place the shower bathroom (Duschbad) next to the stairs on the left (planlinks), but I am unsure about the piping. That would need to be clarified, as well as for the other floors.

You are awesome. Many thanks for the idea to swap the staircases. No ideas come from our planner, I think he can only draw. Utility lines would be possible. I have clarified that. We'll meet with the planner again next week!

Couldn't resist ... now without bay window, so without special permit.

    [*]Stairs 2/4 turned

[*]Corridor narrower .. I imagine an open wardrobe where everything currently in use is stored, otherwise space in the basement for year-round jackets, shoes, hats, etc.
[*]Instead of a large storage room, a niche in the stairwell, either a matching cabinet or a thin drywall partition with a door, for vacuum cleaner, mop, toilet paper stock, etc.
[*]Dining/Cooking now facing garden/terrace, living area in the quieter part, thus also space for a fireplace that can be enjoyed both from the dining area and the living area.
[*]Upper floor .. would need to be checked, maybe shift rooms a bit. Children's room rather towards the left side of the plan, because that is probably the southwest exposure.
[*]In the attic parent area with a 250 cm wardrobe at 2 m height, otherwise dressers. Shower approx. 80x100 cm with double-leaf shower door, which can also be opened inward (drops etc.). WC utilizes roof window height, as does the standing space in front of the washbasin. A small platform in front of the door so the door can be opened comfortably.
[*]In the attic walls at knee wall height pulled up to about 130 cm, because, as can be seen quite well in the section, you then have a chance to get out of bed at a reasonably comfortable height. In the original plan, the 2 m line was almost at the foot end of the bed:

[*]Window positions are not optimized now.
