Here are the staircase pictures again

The 2/4 winding staircase is the 3rd from the left in the first row.

We have a very similar floor plan - only with us, as in your suggestion, the staircase is shifted to the right. 38-degree gable roof without knee wall - in the stairwell from the step to the roof peak, I have about 4-5 meters,... This makes the bathroom smaller and the children's room bigger - that's how it is with us and perfect (for us). We also built a bay window on the ground floor - without it, it is very difficult to nicely place the dining table. I would have the toilet door open outwards - completely regardless of whether it collides with the front door,... We are fans of the closed stairwell, so with us, the hallway goes all the way to the end of the stairwell - if you push this further to the right, you can manage it too. Then, on the upper floor, there is also space on the left for a shower bathroom, and I would leave out the wall on the right between the bedroom and storage room.

Thanks first of all for the staircase pictures. It’s always good to keep them in mind. I believe that a 2/4 staircase will be very difficult due to space constraints.

38 degrees is still much more than just 30°. These damn building regulations are driving me crazy. But again, the question: would the bathroom in the attic on the left even be possible because of all the supply lines? They are actually on the right, aren’t they?

And do you know what I just find crazy? This really small 0815 house will cost almost a million euros here in the Munich metropolitan area. I can really get a villa somewhere else for that! But I’m not allowed to complain about prices anymore, you have to accept it or you’re not allowed to build in Munich. Still, it hurts

I also live in the commuter belt of Munich - everything that has S-Bahn connection unfortunately costs,...

In my opinion, the staircase does not work at all. Every time you want to go up or down, you have to close the [WZ door] or, in the worst case, get it slammed in your face when going down because someone just rushed in.
