I do not "lack" the imagination, but rather the degree of darkness of the pictures is decidedly more than equivalent to my imagination. In particular, advice without contribution requires cooperation from the questioner.

Hello everyone,

a little update on our construction project.

We have slightly adjusted the floor plan.
We found the suggestion from regarding the basement wall very helpful.
We also made a small change to the bathroom (the recess to accommodate a dresser / laundry basket or similar) to have more storage space directly in the bathroom.
I wasn’t really enthusiastic about making a "recess" in the bathroom, but since we want to put a shelf against the adjacent wall anyway, it doesn't bother me.

I had spoken with the architect that I would like a more precise calculation regarding the driveway and slope stabilization. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the agreed appointment with the architect and civil engineer. I hope we can catch up on this as soon as possible.

The furniture now drawn in is 90% our current one.
My husband wanted to optimize the "furniture in the floor plan" a bit. The results are also attached

The sofa and TV position in the 3D model pleases me much more than in the 2D floor plan. We also have it like that, however the TV is hanging on a swivel arm and is still slightly turned.

We like the model better as well, but if we have a fireplace, the passage will become very narrow. However, it was important for us to see that both options would be possible. Yes, a swivel arm does have something special about it.

Would you like to share your experiences regarding driveways with us? Ours will be about 35 m long with an 8% incline. Supporting structures and paving are also a big topic. Thank you very much
