I don't know what you want to achieve with your question. But here it can be seen that you have already built the house:

Is it some kind of modular construction/large Lego blocks???

Thanks in advance Katia!

I can’t quite imagine what you mean yet. The passage to the garage has to remain. Should a strip of windows be used then?

Here again I lack the creativity to see how to implement that. Where do I put the base cabinets if a large lift-and-slide door takes up the western wall area? How do I solve the drainage?

No, it stands in front of the solid wall and is boxed in. The fireplace is in front of it. (see picture living room 1 and 2)

The utility sink will not freeze. The garage is planned with a U-value of 2.0 W/(m2K). The roof above even 1.0 W/(m2K) (same insulation as on the house to avoid height offsets). It has a large garage door, but I think that should be unproblematic.

I had thought about that a lot too! The space under the stairs (folded structure look) is to be developed as a storage room/cloakroom. I found a continuous alignment with the wall panel of the two rooms cleaner. Maybe I just didn’t imagine the space under the stairs correctly or messed up here.

I need a workshop (it’s way too small), 25 sqm would be better for me :-D. I also think you need a storage/pantry room. In the garden-side "garage" in the basement, the lawn mower, bicycles, part of my tools in cupboards, ... will be stored. Again, walls with a U-value of 2.0 W/(m2K).

Best regards

Yes, the shell is already done. However, almost all walls are drywall construction. I can still influence all of these. Or I can move or omit things. The exterior dimensions are fixed. Mir geht es um den Grundriss, that's why the title is "Last Minute." If that was not clear, I apologize. I would like to make that clear again in the title, but I can't find an option to edit.

Yes, the shell is already done. However, almost all walls are drywall partitions! I can still influence all of them. Or I can move or omit things.
The external dimensions are fixed. I am concerned with optimizing the floor plan, hence the title "Last Minute."
If this was not clear, I apologize.

Of course it is "not clear," because you did not write it anywhere, but instead mentioned several architects who no longer play a role here. You can also see interior walls, so what is there to redesign now when almost everything is already in place? I would never design a house where there is only one balcony in the open-plan living area. I probably would have criticized that and unnecessarily wasted our time. I would have placed the open-plan living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs. I see no advantage in not being able to access the garden for everyday tasks. After all, that includes the small daily maintenance of beds in the bright months as well as the use of the lawn as part of daily life. Would have, would have, chain on the bike – for the nice view, I would have realized a small gallery with possibly a whirlpool on a balcony, but love life in the garden.
