Yes, the shell construction is done. But almost all walls are drywall. I can still influence all of these. Or I can move or omit things. The outer dimensions are fixed. I'm concerned about the floor plan, hence the title "Last Minute". If that was not clear, I apologize. I would like to make that clear again in the title, but I find no option to edit.

Attached is a sketch of what is variable (blue). As long as the ceiling openings above the technical room (yellow) are below it, it's okay. The pipes will be routed along the ceiling anyway and then led through the north wall in the technical room. The backwater level with drainage through the floor slab is too high.

I would have placed the open-plan living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. I see no advantage in not being able to access the garden from everyday tasks. After all, that includes the small daily care of the beds in the bright months as well as using the lawn as part of everyday life. Would have, would have, chain on a bike — upstairs for the nice view a small gallery with possibly a whirlpool on a balcony, but the life gladly at the garden.

It's a shame that such things only come up once the house is already built.

I only know the construction method from YouTube videos so far. I wouldn't have thought that it is approvable in Germany. Is there a type approval for it?
